Hello, my little demons!
So you want to know more about me, huh? Or are you just interested in my books?
Doesn’t matter to me, I’m just excited to have you here!
For as long as I can remember, I have been writing, be it original short stories, poetry or good old fan-fiction. You name it, I’ve probably tried writing it, haha!
But it wasn’t until I wrote my debut novel, Demon’s Choice, that I actually had a story I wanted to share with the world (and put my face to it!) I am so glad I did though, and I hope you’ll come on this journey with me as I continue to grow and develop my world of demons that kick ass!
My story
Oh boy… Me… Well…
I was born in 1991 in Melbourne, Australia and lived there most of my life before moving to Wales, UK in 2010 with my parents and my, then, fiance, where I’ve lived since. I come from a very multi-national background, my father being Australian and my mother being German. My father worked for the Australian military so moved around a lot with my older half-sisters before meeting my mother. My sisters have settled with their own families around the world so I have family in almost every country!
Since I was a child, I loved to read and to dive into the different realities books held within their pages. My parents joke that they could leave me in the local bookshop whilst doing their weekly food shop and honestly, I can remember a few times where this almost happened (me stubbornly refusing to leave…)
Writing was simply an extension of this. Initially, it was fan-fiction, or expanding on the worlds I read because for one reason or another, I needed something more from them. Eventually, I tried my hand at building my own world and did in fact create a few. However, it wasn’t until the world for Demon’s Choice was born that I finally had something I wanted to share with others. Until then, all my writings had been for my eyes only, or a secret DeviantArt account which I will never divulge!
